How to save custom templates

Put simply how can I download my custom style with all the custom templates I've created? I'm sure there must be a way but for the life of me I can't find one!

Thanks but that doesn't save any alterations to custom templates.

Make sure if it's a child style that you select the appropriate option ;).

Get customizations made in this style and all parent styles

You would select the blue choice if it were in fact a child style of another style.

Thanks but I've already tried that one - it still doesn't appear to take alterations to custom templates.

Perhaps I should add that the custom templates in question are product templates which I've modified to fit my style.
