Did this recently start or has it always been a problem?

Did you confirm the file exists and is in the right directory?

Do you have a link to your forum you could share so we can see for ourselves?

Thanks! If you'd just scroll to the bottom to see the image.. just can't see it..

Your default style, the page I saw when following the link you gave, is pulling it's images from:
/images/evid_blue/statusicon/

The file you linked to is in:
/images/elements/statusicon/

If you're trying to change an image on your default style you need to change the file in the evid_blue sub-directory.

Your 'elements' style appears to work though I didn't see any instance of that particular file anywhere. You should right-click on the image you want to change and get the specific URL for it then edit the file it points to.

OK, so where do you want it to show? I don't see any broken/missing images?

If the template never calls that image it's not going to show up.

exactly, the image never shows up!

:O the thread_dot image as i've seen doesn't show up ANYWHERE!

so don't worry about it then? Your style doesn't use it... if you want to change an existing image right-click on the image that does show and change the file it points to.

_dot highlights the threads you posted in, right? (Sorry, I don't remember the names of these things.) Do you have that option turned on in vboptions > forum display > highlight threads which user has posted in?
