Flags automatic by IP?

I've seen on other sites, flags on the members posts. I'd like to have that.

However, I would like the flags to be default on each members post bit by their IP.

Is there a mod that automatically selects and appends the flag by the member/registrants IP?

Not that I've ever seen on vbulletin.org... I've seen at least 1 site with a custom mod that does this so it is possible but that isn't of much help.

The site I saw it on used it because people would buy/sell back and forth and they wanted to make sure they were dealing with 'locals' - of course it's easy to use a proxy to get around this but it helped.

Pretty much the reason I'd like to do this. I don't have the knowledge to make something like that from scratch.

You could make a request in one of the requests forums (free or paid)- you may get lucky in the free forum otherwise if you're willing to pay you'll probably be able to get someone to make it for you.
