vBulletin v4 Forum Sidebar questions

1. How do I make the right sidebar appear forum-wide? Currently its appearinhg only on the home-page.

2. I do not want to give the users or anyone, the option to close the right sidebar, using the arrow button. How do I do that?

3. Can I and if so, how do I change the width of the sidebar?

2. Remove the button. This has been discussed many times. Again, try a search and you should find the answer.
