Forget Password Link doesn't send password

Hi to all.

When the memebers are clicking the "Forget Password" link it goes to

http://www.xyz.org/login.php?do=lostpw

The page opens and asks for member's email to send a new password.

It directs to login.php?do=emailpassword

and in the new page it says ok we send you a new password, please look in your mailbox... etc.

Sı far so good. But there is no mail going to members.

Can someone help me to solve this problem?

Check in AdminCP and have a look in the Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Email Test

Ok so now you need to go and have a look at what setting you have for your email, go to.

AdminCP -> Options -> Email Options

Do you have all your mail server settings there?

Yes !!!

They are all there.

OK so try and use those settings on your home computer and see if you can send an email.

What have you entered for your settings?

I did at home and got the error message.

Then your mail settings have changed... contact your web host or whomever you have email through to get new settings- sometimes they change port numbers or such.
