Board time is 27 minutes slow.....

Where or how do I get the time right. Ive contacted my host but I dont know if I have to rebuild a table or something to make the change work?

vbulletin gets it's time from the server. If the server time is off, then the time that gets stored in the database (like for all posts/threads/messages/etc) will be off. Fixing the server time will not fix the time that is stored in the database already.
