Hi, I've been a webmaster/working on websites for about 6 years now. That might not be a long time to some people, but it's hardly anything to sneer at. Anyway, I haven't done a website for myself in about 1 and a half years. I'm back now, doing my latest & greatest project but I can't find any good hosts! All the good, big companies from before want you to pay for 12 or 24 months, and if you don't then the price is doubled.
Jeez, I go away for 1 year and all the major hosts are tryna screw me!

I was wondering if anyone could help me find a hosting company. I've asked on about 3 forums and can't get a good reply from anyone. I need the following from my host:

- A SHARED hosting plan with a cPanel backend.
- Minimum 10GB diskspace, 100GB bandwidth
- Minimum 3 MySQL databases
- Minimum 3 Addon domains (that's 4 domains in total, including the main account domain)
- With 99.9% Uptime
- VERY IMPORTANT: A monthly billing cycle!
- My maximum budget is $6.50/month.

I don't want to be hosted with someone's reseller account, I want an actual company. As long as there is support ticket/email support I'm fine.

If my demands are pretty unrealistic someone please post a close match, showing where I have to compromise.

Thanks,
Ninos.

PS. Any coupons LOL :D?

Try DreamHost. Its good and trusted company. But if you had a budget that you can't cross over. Then try critexhosting.

Thank you very much for your reply, it's appreciated greatly. Finally a reply!

Cirtexhosting unfortunately doesn't do that whole monthly price thing which is one of my main concerns, so they're outta the picture.

Dreamhost is even worse. $50 set-up fee, they also do that whole stupid pricing scheme (1/2yr plan cheap, 1 month rather expensive) that I don't want. Even broken down from the 2 yr plan, their monthly fees are also above budget.

2M host seems to be the best outta the three, however they don't even offer an overpriced 1 month plan. The standard features are also all pretty poor, you need to pay additional monthly prices for standards such as addon domains etc.

Any other suggestions?
