Visitors Found This Page

I was on another site and they seem to have a mod installed which shows how visitors found the page (thread). I cannot seem to find this mod, does anyone know what I am referring to and where I may find it?

vbSEO has that feature integrated, but some others can do to... we simply have to detect the "referrer" of the link clicked to join the specific page.

Oh really!? It is a vbSEO option, lol I have been using that for years and had no idea!

I must be blind...I do not see it in the vbSEO options. Hmmm.
