Sort Members By Country

I'm looking for a mod that will do the following:

- Identify the country of a member based on their registration ip address.
- Move the member to a specific usergroup for their country of residence.

If anyone knows of an existing mod or would like to create this for me (paid of course) I'd greatly appreciate it.
