Invite lots of freinds!

I have a situation, I was just wondering if you might be able to give me some advice.

I have a very large list of emails. That I would like to invite as friends via this Forum (http://www.sheersoftware.com/forum.php). How can I possibly do this. I don't want to invite them via email but through the Vbulletin CMS.

Install the friend invite mod and put their emails into there.

This sends them an email with a referral link.

Easy, fast and fun ;)
