Advertising system problem

I have made 3 Advertisements using the default vb Advertising system, but I have the problem that I went ahead and edit them but once I save them they wont make changes as stay the same.

can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Yes I have done that so many times. I have tested with users and they experience the same thing as it doesnt change.

Any other ideas?

Could be some sort of odd server or ISP caching. Really, when stuff like that starts to happen you just have to take a break and try it later.

I did soft reboot server just to see if help but nothing really that help. I have disable the plugging system and no luck there as well. Maybe I was thinking to re-upload files to ftp but I dont have a clue of what files support that option just to see if helps
