RSS for VB?

I have members requesting a RSS feed...I am not
sure how to do this...is there a mod so that
members can grab feeds from the forum?

is there a dir that the chmod needs to be changed to other than default ?
When I turn it on I get all the little icons RSS.. but when they are clicked there is only a white page..

does the board need to be public ?

The forums need to be viewable by unregistered users or you will get a blank page.
