Help: [MINOR RELEASE] Signature Length

Hey I tried to install [MINOR RELEASE] Signature Length hack and it wont work for me it will let users put in any amount of charaters they want. Can anyone help?

I tried that and no one has replied it has been since the first of the month and id like to get this installed.
