When I change my style it applies to all pages but the home page

I am sure this is a simple fixed but I am just not able to find where to change it... Please help!!

Also, this happens with any style I try...

I am using VB version 4.0.6

Go to your Home Page > hover over the section title > click the pencil > change the Style to Inherit
