How to add reputation star button

I am not sure whether this is a mod or just a setting I have to set. I would like to add a reputation star button on this forum (http://www.sheersoftware.com/forum.php) just beneath every member's post in the forum which will allow other members to click it. How do I add this? because I really need it. I have seen this done in many other forums.
