Change flattr plugin from vb 4 to vb 3.8.

I would like to offer flattr to my users.
Up to now there is just a plugin for vb 4.
But I do not want to update vb 4 and I would appreciate if someone could change this stuff for vb 3.8.

Within I add the vb 4 version.
