well 1969 cannot be right
so somewhere in your forum setup you have a wrong date or the server date is incorrect. check all your setup datetime stamps your local date and time and then rebuild the sitemap its getting that date from somewhere

@turki1978
Give a look in your PHPMyAdmin on the vbulletin table vb_forum
If you have some forums treated as sections those will have a lastpost set to 0, those are the ones that mess up your sitemap date; if post is allowed in the section put a sticky thread on it, else copy a timestamp from some other section and put it on the 'lastpost' field related to the section.
Just had a problem similar to yours and that seemed to fix it.

The timestamp they are talking about is the unix timestamp. So, for today it is 1284422400. You can google it or here is a conversion page - http://www.onlineconversion.com/unix_time.htm
