This is a small hack that it will allow you to enter an url from your Acp where you want your logo to redirect when clicked upon. You can enable and disable it at the Acp-Options-Forums Home Page Options, where you can also enter the url of your choosing that you want your logo to point to.

P.s. I know that this can be easily done by changing the header template. But recently I have come across quite some threads at vb.com where users wanted their logo to redirect somewhere else and most of them were new to coding so had problems with doing it manually. And for that group of users this mod is meant. It can be used by the advanced webmasters as well who would like to do this from the comfort of their Acp rather than editing templates manually.

Useful product, thanks!

A minor detail: it doesn't redirect in the http sense of the word. It replaces the url in the <a href=""> tag on the logo.

That is what is needed for the logo to redirect somewhere of your choosing when clicked upon :)

borbole,
i'm using vb ver 4.1.0, is your mod compatible with this version? i'm trying to get the header logo to point to the vBA home page rather than the forums home page but it isn't working. i installed it as a new product and the options popped up where there were supposed to but there's no change and my header still points to the forumhome/index.php spot.
thanks for any help you can offer.

Doesn't appear to be working for me either sadly. I enter in the value for where I want the logo to direct to (my vBA portal) and it does nothing.

Running vBulletin 4.1.10
