Ho do i make my forum tab

hello to all vb masters..

i have question

how to i make my forum look like vBulletin.org.. that has a tab in upper right corner eg. ( home,FORUM,ARTICLES,MODS,STYLES ) with separate folder..

when you click home only home categories will show.. when you click forum only forum categories will show

there is any plugins or hack to make this ?
