Mod to show a message before posting ?

I'm in need of a MOD to show a message when users are trying to open a new thread on certain forums, do you know of such MOD ?

I have a "for sale"/"for trade" forum and I want to let people know about some new rules when posting on these forums and showing the message this way would be an easy way to show them that, it could be a pop up window, or just a message they have read so they can post.

Let me know if such mod exists already.

Look in the mod section. I there are a few rules type mods...
not exactly sure what they all do though...

I've never seen a mod to show all new thread starters a message. There's one that can force everyone to accept the rules.

Why not just put an Announcement or Notice in that forum for a while?

Yes, use the mod which forces everyone to accept the rules, in that rules box, you can type whatever u feel you want bring it on. Thats a one way of doing like what Videx said.

And there is certainly no modification like what you are asking for. Maybe in future it my be released.
