When mass e-mailing everyone in my forum, I have to do it over and over separating batches by user ID so that the e-mails are sent in small batches to insure the that server does not time out and that everyone gets the e-mail.

Is there some sort of add-on that can do this for me so I don't have to do it manually? I'm growing weary of waiting a period of time and then manually sending out the next batch.

Also, I never get any bounced e-mail notifications. I read that others get them. Why don't I?
If I could move everyone with a bad e-mail address to another usergroup I could avoid trying to send to them. I'm sure that's unnecessary use of server.

A mod used to exist for vb 3.x series what version of vb do you use? Bounce messages will go to a catch all address if you're using cpanel you will have a catch all address usually the same as your account username provided by your hosts. Sometimes its not wise to receive them though with a website containing thousands of users you'll receive hundreds for a variety of reasons.

Thanks for replying. I did find a setting in admin and I changed the e-mail and now I am getting bounce e-mails.

I am using vb 4.

I think I found some mods yesterday that might work. It took a long time searching though!
