phpbb to vbulletin 3.8.6 (Please Help Me)

Hi..

I m goin to convert my phpbb forum to vbulletin 3.8.6 but i m facing problem in converting. i have installed correctly impex and do the same steps which is mention in the impex converting guide But My Forum not imported. Here Is the Screen Shots

You need to run the updating counters mentioned in the ImpEx documents.

thx sir but now i have prob in importing users. users are sucesfully imported but i cant see members in my forum
