View Full Version : Um..Help?
everything was going good uploading the arcade until i got to this step.
Now you should:
* Expand the menu "Arcade" in the left AdminCP-menu
* Click Group Permissions
* Adjust the permissions the way you want
Check out the Arcade Main Settings if everything fits your ideas.
Click Categories in the left menu, click SAVE - there is no need to change anything, just save the settings once.
Finally click on INFORMATION and check if there is a notice about any .php-file to be adapted.
The Arcade is ready to play - enjoy !
I see no "Arcade" menu in the left AdminCP menu....
What the hell did i do wrong. The arcade is in my plugins and products menu but i cant find it in my setting menu or anything.
I'm kinda a newb at vbulletin so your kindness would be appreciated.
Thanks in Advance,
JDT

this one is for the admincp
includes/xml/cpnav_arcade.xml
there was 3 files in the xml folder that should of been uploaded
product-ibproarcade.xml
hooks_ibproarcade.xml
cpnav_arcade.xml
Hey thanks a lot hippy. I must have uploaded them to the wrong place. I'll see if this works....

OK!! We are making progress. But now i get this while trying to edit group permissions...
Warning: require(./arcade/functions/functions.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/admincp/arcade.php on line 37
Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required './arcade/functions/functions.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php') in /home/content/94/6441794/html/forums/admincp/arcade.php on line 37
Where do i go from here?

looks like you should upload all files from the zip..
you seem to be missing that as well..in the zip file youll see the arcade folder
simply drop it into the dir via ftp and it will place all the files in the correct place ..
allow to over write just in case you got a few in the correct place ;)
I did all that.... Do i need to edit the code in the adminpc/arcadepc.php file or something??? This is starting to frustrate me....

no,
whats it doing now ?
that should be /admincp/arcade.php
after uploading all the files again it still says...
Warning: require(./arcade/functions/functions.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/admincp/arcade.php on line 37
Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required './arcade/functions/functions.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php') in /home/content/94/6441794/html/forums/admincp/arcade.php on line 37
and yes, it is arcade.php. Sorry about the spelling errors, I'm getting frustrated!!
I'm sure i uploaded them into the right spot this time...

did you check if that file is there >?
I can't remember if you add paths when installing .
if that file is there in the correct dir
then on the install. your forum path or arcade path is no correct..
I'm off to bed, so till tomorrow
if your still going to try and fix this tonight
I would make sure all the files are in the correct dir's
still no go?
since this is a new install
Kill it with the uninstall , same file to install different option
and try a clean install with all the files uploaded in the correct dir's and the paths are good
follow the
Installation - vBulletin 3.5.x-3.8.x + 4.x - english.html file
If you still have trouble I will do a quick install on a test board to see what else you might of missed
