Sub Forum Manager Help

I need Sub Forum Manager.. and Currently I am using Vbulletin 4.0.4

So.. Can I please request for a Sub Forum Manager Mod/Plugin.

P.S. I have tried all of these. but they dont work. I think they are for previous versions of Vbulletin 4 :
