I can't see the full error message, but it looks like it starts with "can't create/write to file '/tmp...", so maybe the /tmp file system is full?

possibly :P

I was thinking of just re-uploading the private.php file and how is the /tmp/ folder emptied safely?

That I don't know - I'm not even sure the problem is that it's full, I suppose it could be some other issue.

Okay well it does look like theres something wrong with the /tmp/ folder on my site,

would be great if i had confirmation from someone if it would be safe to delete it.

It could be either a permission or a space issue. You will need to consult your host about this. Sometimes a reboot can also solve this problem.

PS OS error code 1 indicates that is most likely a permission error.

Can't create/write to file '/tmp/#sql_58e6_0.MYI'

MySQL cannot write to this file. You need to talk to your host about this.
