Can someone tell me where I would go to change the background color of the "welcome headers" that prompts visitors to register? I've spent the past 2 days looking everywhere to no avail.
Here's a picture of where I'm speaking of, the color comes out "pinkish" no matter what browser I use and I would like to change it to a more matching color for my forum.
