How do I increase characters of Thread Titles??

Hi guys,,
After upgrading my forum to Version 4, I have a problem with threads have a long titles, or have over 30 characters..
and now i can't post new thread if the title characters over 30..also my old threads is not appear!
So, where can i increase the characters of the thread titles??
