Where is 'edit others posts' option?

Hi there.

I'm trying to help a moderator who seemed to have a lost power to edit others' posts.

I'm looking for 'edit others post' & 'merge posts' options in the userGroup manager but I don't seem to see these options at all.

Where are they or do you think there is somethign wrong with the vbulletin system I'm currently running?

Look under Forums & Moderators > Show All Moderators and then Edit the permissions next to the forum they are a moderator for and make sure they have Can Edit Posts and Can Manage Threads set to Yes for that forum.
