Add an image to usergroup

I have created a subscription usergroup and would like to insert an image in their postbit.

How do I do this?

I tried inserting with the 'Username HTML Markup' option, under 'usergroup manager' and it DID work, except that it earased their username from postbit and replaced it with the image! Here is the html code I used, how can I keep their username and the image? I would also love it if it were clickable to send them to a page about becoming a member of that usergroup.

I am sure it is a simple thing to do, I just don't know how to do it.
