Looking for a ladder system

Hello just wanted to know if anyone could point me in the correct direction of a good ladder system we could use on along side our forum.
We are a football based site where gamers play fifa 10-11 on the xbox 360!

thanks mate we have that installed at the min but im now looking for a match finder type system used on many sites
