forum user points and games with prizes?

Is there any vbulletin plugin's that could:
1. give points for login in everyday, posting posts and etc.?
2. forum users could spend these points in the games section and even win some prizes?
3. forum users could spend points on buying some forum privileges (bigger avatars, signatures...)?
