Forum too slow

I need your help

Since last friday my forum is very very slow. It takes meny second to open a page , or to post a reply.

What might be wrong, i havent done something during the last few days, and the funny is that other users saying that it is slow, and others saying that there is no probkem.

The only change was , changed form Postpit to Postbit_legacy
and i have add at the footer the Google pagerank button.

Please anybody can tell me what might be wrong ?

First your pagerank button code is missing the "></a>" at the end, maybe you just didn't copy it right. In any case it's very possible that is slowing down you site because it relies on another domain... remove the code and see if it speeds back up.

removed it but still the same , any other ideas please

Have you contacted your web host?

You can also enable debug mode and see if there are any lagging queries or unusual server load.

It seema that there is something with Google ads which i do not have on my forum at all.

I think i found it


I added this code on the footer. When today removed it evrything went bcak to normal.
