Permisions for moderators and IP addresses issue

How can I make Moderators to move threads, make them stickies, and close them or maybe going to modcp but not able to see IPs? I disable IP in the forum but if you go to modCP you can still see the ip of users.

I definatly want that option removed from my forum

Can someone guide me how to do that ?
1. give Mod permision with out having them to look for IP addresses and how to remove that option from the forum completly.

I know there is a mod to stop mods from seeing other admin IPs, but disabling that is futile anyways, Ip information is important to Block unwanted users you will need it someday. just take it away from mods

thanks bro, The problem is that I want to set moderators permission for them in all forum but at the same time I dont want them to see IP.

Is there a way to set permisions for mods to stick threads, ban users, close threads ect.... but with out been able to see IP addresses even from the MOD CP or anything?

I hope someone give me light please since I have my Mods with out any powers and because of that Im doing all the work at the site.
