2 Languages automatic translated?

Ill shorten my thinkings about my need?

Current suggestion
I want to create a forum complete being in 2 languages. Usually there are sometimes topic, like header at hte startpage which aren't translated if you change the main language.
So should be possible to textphrase it also somehow.

The MainChange:
If you create a post you should be able to post it 2 times (first time in your languange), second (just under the first post). First post should be always the chosen language.
Second should be visible only by a flag in the right top of the first post, if you want to see it also: Just click on it. Each Language (German/Englisch) should be a falg if this thread is suported/translated by this postcreator. Clicking at the "flag" at the first post should show up all translated other posts also.

Any ideas how to do it? Any Add-Ons? Anyone who would configure that for me?

have you used VB translate?

This is not what i want. I want to extent it a little bit.
I want to have also the headlines trnaslated and ONLY shown the posts of the chosen language. If the post isn't translated in the language you have chosen it iwll be chosen in the other language.

Optionally to chose another language of zthe post they may push on a flag of their language to get it translated if the psoter of this post wrote in 2 languages before.
