How to change toplinks color? (Can't find the stylevar)

Hi, can someone please help show me how to change the toplinks color? I've been playing around with the stylevars and can't find the right setting. Currently running 4.0.1

I want to change the default white to red (to better show up). I was able to change the "Welcome" but not the rest. Screenshot provided.

Lost in stylevars heh. too many of them.

actually there is top links stylevars, it is under Stylevars>Header> Toplinks Link Color

and hover too
