Move Forum Block Out of Body

Hi, I just recently tried to add a Forum Block to my page, but I do not like the look of it being inside of the "body", is it possible to make it kind of expand in the other direction into the "doc" instead, example picture of what I am talking about: (Edited image to what I would like)

If anyone has a clue on how one would be able to do this I would really appreciate it, or if its already been done I would love to have a link as I was unable to find it.

I have been searching around for this but still been unable to find a solution, are there anyone here that might have a idea of how this could be done?

Has anyone looked at this, I did play with it a bit, but with no luck, would be nice if someone knew how this could be done.

I would guess with the lack of replies on this no one else has interest and its impossible to do. Thanks for at least reading this ;)
