look i want to do a post photo

i explane you look this is the standar post:

so i want to do whan somebody want make a new post he get a option "post piture\photo"
and then he put a link of the photo he submit the post and when some body look at the postes he got some thing like this:

i am sure have mod like what i want but i dont find///
