Sounds like you're asking for ten different things, and you aren't sure what any of them are. Some of the stuff at that link you gave looks like custom coding. But really, what you need to do is just browse the forums for a while. And remember you must read the entire thread before installing any modification.

In general, it's a Bad Idea to ask about multiple things in a single thread here. If people can't answer all of them, they won't answer at all.
