Why My Forum Doesn't Send Any Email To User ?

hi all

I have a big problem right now..

i used vb 3.8.4..

Why my forum doesn't send any emails to user who requested password ( forgotten password ) ? i've request myself..& it doesn't send the email too..even i used correct email.. nothing in inbox & junk folder..even i tried to request it so many times..but..no luck..

so, do you have any ideas why it becomes like this ? what's the matter really ? is there an error from vbulletin script or from my dedicated server ?

You need to verify that issue with your email log from the server, if you verify that the server is sending out a test email via the admincp maintenance diagnostics section, then this is a issue that will require chking the email log.
