Hey i need this on for ALL members and No way for them to turn it off

So can i force them all on?
And stop them from turning it off?

Well you can turn them all ON using SQL commands.
To make sure they dnt disable.. uhm not sure perhaps its in setting else u can just hide that option from the CP settings editing the template
