There is no "Thanks Button" in the default vbulletin
Try searching in mods

There is no button like in vb 3.x series but here is the two only mods that you can see which one you want:

1. Upload all files from the "upload" folder to your forums directory.

2. Import the product-dbtech_thanks.xml file from the "XML" folder at AdminCP ->
Plugins & Products -> Manage Products -> Add/Import Product

3. Configure your Usergroup settings by clicking "Permissions" under
"DBTech - Post Thanks" in your AdminCP navigation menu.

The forum directory is the directory where you have uploaded your vb files. But as suggested above, it is best to ask at that mod''s own thread about this.
