Any "side column" mods yet?

I need a way to display a side column on either the left or right side for each vbulletin area (forum home, threadlist view, post view, members list, etc, etc, etc) that cannot be closed. I cannot upgrade to vb4 until I have this ability so I'm really hoping that somebody creates something soon - if it hasn't already been created.

Uhm actually you dont need to go through pain of doing that anymore, you have option of Sidebar in vB4 and you can just add this mod and show it everywhere in forum
