I get this problem when I'm simply trying to open a thread. 4.0.4 PL1, mods (3 small ones) disabled. Same thing happens at the bottom of the page in the AdminCP reset counters page (half the page displays), when opening the album page, and when opening the group page.

types.php and vb.php is not a vbulletin file you should ask on the mods thread (if it is a mod from here)
or wait for vb.com to say the same thing as you posted there also

That's really weird, I'm looking at the upload folder of the VB4 installation files and I see both files are there?

What the heck? :)

I just downloaded it again, vbforum_4_4-0-4_Patch_Level_1_VBF3BF1C63, unzipped it, and they're right there.
