After coming home today, I noticed my website www.laserenthusiast.com was down and showing this error.
Warning: set_error_handler() expects the argument (vb_error_handler) to be a valid callback in ///public_html/laserenthusiast/forums/includes/init.php on line 46

Fatal error: Class 'vB_Registry' not found in ///public_html/laserenthusiast/forums/includes/init.php on line 49

Not a complete noob, I went to my config.php and added the line define("DISABLE_HOOKS", true); This had no effect.

not sure if I have a database problem or a file that is missing.

Please, any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Steve

Oh Brother

I have installed VB4 for the time being and added a redirect to the New Forum.
The problem lies at this URL www.laserenthusiast.com/forums/

What I need to know is if this is a server configuration error?
Missing or corrupted database?
Missing or corrupted VB file?

I'd suggest you re-upload class_core.php , I believe it's making this problem for you.

It might be corrupted by a recent mod/hack installation.

It happens a lot ;)
