error uploading avatar using url

I am not able to upload avatar using URL

This is the error i get

Content Encoding Error

Please tell me how to get rid of this error.

Turn off GZIP in Admin CP --> vBulletin Options --> Cookies and HTTP Header Options --> GZIP HTML Output. Set it to no and see if that works.
