Replace reputation button with "like" button?

Where or how can I replace the reputation button with either "like" or a thumbs up image?

I am sure it would be a simple change, just need advice on how to do, thank you :)

You need to replace the following 2 images with the images you would prefer to use:

images/buttons/reputation-40b.png
images/buttons/reputation-40b-hover.png
