Unlicensed

I'm showing as unlicensed however I'm the webmaster (not the owner) of a licensed forum. I've asked the person that set it up to add my e-mail address but he can't find where, he gave me the registration details and I logged in on the members area and can't find anywhere to add my own e-mail address as a licensed one.

Any ideas on how to do this without him loosing access to the forum?

First of all the owner should not give out his password.

You can add email addresses using the Priority Forum Support (https://members.vbulletin.com/membersupport_priority.php) link in the Members' Area.

If you suspect a site to use an illegal copy of vBulletin then please report it at www.vbulletin.com/piracy.php (http://www.vbulletin.com/piracy.php).

how do I see a website is legal or not legal, are sometimes hesitant to report this issue

You can not see this yourself. You can report a site without any problem, if it is licensed they will never know it was reported. If it is unlicensed they will also not know that actions taken against them was a result of a report.

I have licence product and i have entering another email to priority forum support but still show 'You are currently showing up as unlicensed' in this forum. Can u help me please..thanks
