Ok, so I know this mod exists somewhere, however for the life of me, I 've been searching all day long and can't seem to find it. I don't even remember the name of it or who made it.
It was a mod that scrolled Movie Posters (or whatever) at the top of of the page, under the header. I remember when you scrolled over it, it slowed down. If anyone can help me remember this one, or give me a link to it I would appreciate it.
