Colored usernames in "last post" section of main page?

Is there a way to do that in 4.0, I know there was a mod/template mod for 3.8 that allowed it, and would really like to have it again. :confused:

You're welcome. This doesn't work though when searching and looking at the new post when hitting the whats new tab but that's okay I think.
