embedding videos In threads feature is always ignored !!

Hi,

I tried to search for any feature for vbulletin to embed videos swf, flv, avi, mp4, any thing

why vbulletin coders didn't make system until now for embedding videos hosted in the server

I thought when they allow us embedding youtube, vimeo ...

they will make system for embedding videos hosted on our servers !!!

most of us have small videos want to embed it into threads

is that so far ?

Actually, I think there are a couple mods that will do this, but I could be wrong because there's really no reason not to serve these videos from someplace else these days. And with our shared server every reason not to.

I too would like to know a little more about this.
What videos are currently able to be embedded in VB for example?
I had hoped all videos would have been covered.
I have loads of videos on my server that i used to have running on my old forum software.
